Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist (Installed Base EUMDR)

Job Description

As a Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist within the Installed Base process, you are responsible for registering installed products based on sales orders and handover documents and helping Trade Partners from Europe to register devices.

As a Services Specialist, you will ensure quality and functionality of Philips equipment to care of our customer’s needs. Manage service requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on a daily basis.

Your role:

• Maintaining Distributors installed base in our Service Max and SAP systems
• Carrying out on a daily basis analysis of data accuracy and quality
• Updating statuses of installed products e.g. scrapped, storage, dismantled, operational as per request, following CAPA guidance.
• Installed Base management for Trade Partners
• Receiving, monitoring, and ensuring closure on time of all kinds of Service requests
• Developing and maintaining high standards of telephone conversations and written communications with Customers and Service Providers

You're the right fit if you have:

• Fluent English

• Min 1 year of professional experience in fields related to in customer service, supply chain or accounting operations would be an asset

• Comprehensive PC skills, knowledge of Excel; SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage

• The problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities

• Good organizational skills and aptitude for details

• You enjoy having direct contact with customers and keep a high standard of communication

• You bring a positive "can-do" attitude and are always ready to lend a hand to others.
