- Responsible for task fulfilment in the production quality area
- Manage complaints process
- Statistical evaluation of complaints indicator
- Organize and manage regular meetings with the aim of the increase the quality of delivered spare parts and machines
- Monitor deadlines for the respective actions in the complaints process
- Monitor effectivity of implemented actions
- Process control plans for purchased parts
- Cooperation in the creation of Control plans for process and final control
- Process Lesson Learned and maintaining the list
- Leading the DAR process
- Active participation in the continuous improvement process
- (CI process)
- Active participation in the audit process (internal, process, product, customer, external, 5S audits...)
- Responsible for the set up of production quality control, quality records and complaints from customers
- Cooperate on preserving and improvement of the quality system management
- Supports production process in the quality area and is responsible for the improvement process
- Maintains customer complaints records
- Comply with 5 S standards
- Work in IFS
Requirements
- Slovak and English language advanced written and spoken (B1+)
- MS Office knowledge โ Excel, PP, Word, Outlook
- At least 3 years of experience on quality department
- Experience with customer, system, process and production audits
- Experience and knowledge of 8 D reports
- Quality tools knowledge
- Technical knowledge
- Knowledge and experiance in the quality , enviroment and safety area (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001)
- Knowledge of metrology, MSA
