Trading Product Manager

We seek a Product Manager to conduct market research, define product requirements, and drive product success.

Responsibilities:

Conduct Competitive analysis and Market research

Engage with Business Owners to Collect and Validate Internal Business requirements.

Collect insights via BI/analytics, to identify customer pain points

Maintain and groom an organized product backlog, Prioritized, and aligned with company goals

Set and measure product KPIs, map contributing features, and drive your product to success

Write product requirements documents, Epics, and User stories

Work close to R&D, Project Managers, and follow up on sprint execution

Monitor and improve feature performance throughout their lifecycle

Contribute and Educate colleagues, Be an expert in your product

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a product manager with a proven track record of driving change

Knowledgeable and practiced in the world of online trading – Must.

CFD trader – must

MetaQuotes MT4/5 experience – a huge advantage

A self-starter with a bias to action, who can move projects forward and lead a cross-functional team toward product solutions.

Exceptional analytical skills, including demonstrated ability to use data analysis and A/B testing to improve customer experiences.

Demonstrated track record of launching multiple successful products and features.

Strong technical understanding

English at a very good level, including verbal expression abilities.

Proactive, demonstrating autonomy and accountability.

Team player with the ability to Lead by Example.
