Intern - Business Analytics

The Role:

We, at Razorpay, are currently looking for an Intern - Business Analytics with excellent skills to join our engineering team. This position is part of our "Resume with Razorpay" program with a special focus on supporting women returning to work after a break.

Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. We are a full-stack financial services organization, committed to helping Indian businesses with comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions built over robust technology to address the entire length and breadth of the payment and banking journey for any business. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital).

Role Description

This role will be responsible for understanding key revenue opportunities / business constraints and figuring out data 1st solve for the same. It also encompasses validating ideas being considered for driving revenue growth. Key objective responsibilities include -

• Opportunity map for each vertical basis relevant methods / products
• Deduce new patterns / evolving trends in business - method share shaping, feature adoption etc.
• Mapping external markers for triangulation / hypothesis validation

What are the qualification criteria for suitable candidate ?

• Minimum 3 years of past experience in business analytics
• Past experience of working closely with sales teams
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with startups
