Nodle & Click are on the hunt for a part time meme creator and social media coordinator to join their fast paced and fun marketing team. After all, Web3 protocols are only as good as their memes and socials!

You may be at university or college and have built up your own portfolio of work and ideas. Now you want to get real experience working in a cutting edge technology company that is going places. Prior work experience is not necessary - you don’t even need to love cats :)

You will be paid in NODL tokens, and will need to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week.

Location

You can work from any location in the world, you just need to work a few hours a week on USA Pacific time & CET European time to connect with the Nodle team.

Responsibilities

• Meme Creation: Create original and humorous memes that align with industry trends and our brand's voice. Be our resident meme chief and create timely, relevant and fun memes to represent Nodle (& Click) on socials. Use your artistic skills to develop visually appealing memes and social imagery that resonate with our community and target audience.
• Social Media Coordination: Collaborate with the community and marketing teams to align social content with current campaigns, trends and industry developments. Create and schedule social media posts for our various social platforms including Twitter, Instagram, Discord, Telegram, and Reddit.
• Community Engagement: Help engage the Nodle and zkSync communities on socials, in coordination with our Community Director. Help build an engaged community by interacting with followers, responding to comments, commenting on partner posts and engaging with the entire zkSync ecosystem community. Work directly with the Nodle ambassadors and community management team to amplify news and leverage trends for virality.
• Trends: Monitor the latest trends, ecosystem developments and industry news to create timely and relevant memes and social content.
• Community Feedback: Collect and review community feedback, leverage learnings in meme creation and social content development. Keep your finger on the pulse of breaking community feedback to get ahead of the narrative within our community and on our socials.
• Live the Brand: Be a brand ambassador and know how to operate under the Nodle and Click brands and extend our voice into your meme creation and social media content – we also have a brand guide and a lead designer to help you! Understand Nodle’s products, services, and developments to effectively incorporate them.
• Reporting: Be able to track key metrics such as engagement reach, and sentiment to assess our meme content and help our Social Media Manager report on social posts. Use this data to optimize content moving forward.

Requirements

Skills & Background

• Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, DALL·E, ChatGPT, Canva, Picsart, etc).
• Solid understanding of internet culture and meme formats.
• Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines.
• A great sense of humor and a passion for creating engaging content.
• A portfolio showcasing your memes and creative work (you may share your X account for instance).

Nice to haves

• Familiarity with the blockchain industry and Nodle’s business operations.
• Strong belief and dedication to the Web3 industry and Crypto Twitter.
• Deep understanding of zkSync and Ethereum communities.
• Familiarity with Nodle’s ambassador program.
