The opportunity
The Adobe Digital Imaging Services team is looking for a hardworking, highly technical and optimistic developer. As a part of the core engineering team, you will be responsible for owning the technical vision and execution of the digital imaging workflows. You will be working in a fast-paced, agile environment, partnering closely with fellow developers, quality engineers, designers, and product managers. Your role as a senior developer will play a key part in hand delivering an incredible user experience. We are looking for someone who holds high standards for their own work. The ideal candidate is clearly the one who is adaptable to an agile, collaborative environment and has a proven track record of success in shipping application libraries. What you will do

• Deliver high quality, robust features and own them
• Be a critical member of an Agile development environment in one of the Digital Imaging services teams
• Work closely with geographically distributed Engineers, Product Management, User Experience Designers to deliver "Adobe magic"
• Write automation tests to fully test your code
• Code review your peers work in a thoughtful constructive manner
• Be a mentor and role model for junior engineers.

What you need to succeed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science
• 6+ years of overall development experience
• Expertise in C++ programming
• Cloud Services development knowledge would be a plus
• Great problem solving skill
• Experience of working in an Agile environment
• Ability to innovate and find creative solutions to challenges in digital imaging
• Able to communicate technical details clearly to all levels of the organisation
• At ease with ambiguity and adaptable to change direction/technologies to leverage new learnings.
