Business Operations Partner
ROLE SUMMARY
Business Operations Partners (BOPS) are the Primary CMO interface for local commercial leadership Marketing and CFC teams to empower them to surpass their local growth objectives and achieve their priorities – through accelerated commercial transformations and elevated executional excellence at scale… with CMO’s end-to-end commercial expertise.
Primary interface between the country and the Chief Marketing Office
· Works very closely with Country LT, maintains a deep understanding of the Country’s business strategies and key priorities.
· Builds and maintains strong long-lasting relationships with Market Leaders and Local CoLab Stakeholders
· Enables and leads matrix communications and management between Chief Marketing Office and the business, ensuring the commercial needs are represented in future planning.
· Maintain a deep understanding of the CMO enablement solutions and their impact on commercial driving objectives.
· Manages and escalates risks where appropriate to deliver the set objectives/goals.
· Anticipates future needs of the business based on strategic objectives and effectively communicates among Biopharma Operations to inform opportunities.
· Represent CMO in Local Operating Plan, Brand Plan or Allocation Efforts
· Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ideate and devise interventions that align with the organization’s key Priorities.
Oversee Commercial Transformations & Execution Excellence
· Accountable to understand the health of the operations for the market and orchestrate resolutions to improve Operational KPIs
· Accountable to ensure new tools, processes, and technologies of the CMO are successfully deployed and adopted within the market.
· Orchestrate CMO efforts to execute on non BAU activities such as launch efforts, commercial redeployment, and commercial strategy changes.
· Assesses gaps local knowledge gaps of CMO solutions commercial and partner with appropriate verticals to solve.
· Represent country operational insights to the Regional BOP & MEL Leadership team to inform future solutions.
· Identifies opportunities in the country to improve quality or process of solution adoption.
· Drives change initiatives/projects and culture change across the team
QUALIFICATIONS
· Master’s degree
· 10+ years’ experience of demonstrated business acumen.
· Effective in leading with authority to motivate and engage complex matrix team.
· Demonstrated track record of strong cross functional collaboration and effective utilization of available resources. · Has commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
· Proficient in project management, having the ability to keep track of multiple projects.
· Change Agile with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
