Job Title: Construction Admin Schedule: 9am - 5pm EST, M-F Salary Range: up to 1,500 Holidays/PTO: US & PH / 10 PTO Credits per year

About the Company:

A plumbing and HVAC company comprised of a team of skilled technicians who serve as long-tenured experts in our craft for a variety of customers in Okemo Valley region.

About the Role:

Under the direction of the Office Manager, the Construction Admin will prepare coordinate, manage, and monitor construction related faculties to ensure prompt completion of projects leaving every customer drafting a 5-star review.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project schedules and track project milestones.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project plans.
  • Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including project managers, contractors, and clients.
  • Monitor project expenses and ensure that they are within budget.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics for project-related events.
  • Assist with bid and proposal preparation as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • At leasts 8 years of proven experience as a Construction Admin or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or other relevant tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
