Incentive Business Coordinator

Responsibilities within the Employee Success Team

• Create and assist with current CCC incentive models, including compiling and determining monthly CCC incentive payouts by team.
• Actively develop incentive enhancements that align with the CCC business priorities.
• Develop and assist with data modeling, key business metrics and performing ad hoc analysis, within the incentive models.
• Assist in implementation of goals and procedures by analyzing performance data.
• Assist in design, creation, and ongoing maintenance, of any new incentive plan for CCC
• Present incentive trends/results with leaders of all levels, telling the story of past performance, and suggestions on how to shape future results in addition to tracking and creating Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly performance reports
• Within the incentive program, create and sustain reporting and analytics for leaderboards, scorecards, executive presentations.

What We Require

• Experience utilizing Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and the G Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.)
• Experience with Salesforce Reporting.
• Ability to connect employee engagement back to company objectives.
• Ability to use data to help influence CCC strategy and direction.
• Strong ability to present data in an easy-to-understand manner.
