Weโ€™re excited by the fact our team is continuing to expand. And, as we continue to grow, weโ€™re on the hunt for a Endpoint Administrator to play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and functionality of our client's endpoint devices.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all endpoint devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, are operating efficiently and effectively. This will involve diagnosing and resolving a wide range of hardware and software related issues, from troubleshooting application errors to addressing compatibility issues. Additionally, you will be tasked with optimizing device performance and implementing solutions to enhance user experience and productivity.

Requirements

What you'll be doing:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to end user computer functionality, performance, and security.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring technical problems and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in the deployment and implementation of software updates and patches.
  • Implement user and device base policies through group policy and modern device management tools.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on the use of their device.
  • Consistently live the values and demonstrate professional workplace behaviours that reflect the CT values.

What you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing devices via MDM platforms.
  • Knowledge of group policy and Intune management.
  • Familiarity with ITIL Change Management processes.
  • Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a dynamic work environment.

Please note that all team members must have a valid state-based Working with Children Check (WWCC), Police check, and be authorised to work in Australia.
