Staff Software Recruiter

As a Staff Technical Recruiter at Tenstorrent, you'll be a key player in our mission to find and hire the best engineering talent in AI, ML, and Software Engineering. This role is hybrid, based out of Austin, TX or Santa Clara, CA

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Software Engineering leadership to craft hiring roadmaps and strategies to attract top-notch software engineering talent for our rapidly growing teams.
• Dive deep into the technical requirements of various roles and come up with innovative sourcing strategies to find the industry's top talent.
• Share your insights and best practices with other recruiters, acting as a mentor and resource.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the AI hardware landscape to keep your technical knowledge sharp.
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring both active and passive candidates feel valued and excited about the opportunity to join Tenstorrent.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of Tenstorrent’s recruiting strategy by offering your insights and opinions on best practices.

Experience and Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with expertise in one or more of the following fields: AI, ML, Software Engineering, Hardware Design, CPU Architecture, Systems Engineering.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small team of recruiters.
• A proven track record of working effectively with hiring managers and talent leaders, and the ability to "manage up" by communicating effectively with higher management.
• Mastery of both traditional and unique sourcing techniques, including social media and professional networks, with the ability to dig deep and find hidden talent.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills (both written and oral).
• Ability to thrive in an evolving environment with shifting priorities.
• We seek experts in their craft who get excited by new challenges and take ownership of their time management.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
