We have an immediate need for a technical Senior Producer through the end of the year, with the potential for full-time employment. This role is crucial in managing priorities and client communications for our development team, streamlining communication, project planning, and building strong client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Project Planning & Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital product projects, including web enhancements, daily blog posts, research and product launches, feature improvements, and localization implementations.
- Team Leadership: Manage a cross-functional team of 14 members (design, strategy, and development) to ensure timely and high-quality execution of client requests.
- Technical Production: Handle technical aspects of production, including CMS page builds, content entry, custom code development, IA API integrations, and GitHub ticket tracking.
- Travel & Flexibility: Willingness to travel once a month as needed and work outside of normal business hours depending on product launch timings (planned in advance).
What You'll Bring
- Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Producer or similar role on digital product projects.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of web development, CMS systems, API integrations, and localization implementation.
- Detail-Oriented: Highly detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing a fast-paced workload.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be over-communicative to ensure clarity and alignment across all stakeholders.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.
- Travel & Flexibility: Ability to travel as needed and work flexible hours based on project requirements.
Pay Range
- The expected pay range for this role is $52-67 per hour (on a W-2), but will depends on the level in which you are engaged
- Our company has three regional pay bands that it adheres to depending on your location, we reference them as US 1, US 2, and US 3.
- US 3 is our base pay. Examples of cities in US 3 are Portland, Houston and Miami.
- US 2 pay is 7.5% higher than US 3 to meet the market rates. Examples of cities in US 2 are Los Angeles, Chicago and Seattle.
- US 1 pay is 15% higher than US 3 to meet market rates. Examples of cities in US 1 are Brooklyn and San Francisco.
