We are seeking a highly skilled dynamic and experienced Architecture and Engineering (A&E) Director to join our Development Services Team. In this role, you will lead the design, engineering, and development of telecommunications infrastructure projects, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep technical expertise in telecommunications.

The A&E Director will lead and manage a team of architects, engineers, and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. They will oversee the design and architecture of telecommunications infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business needs. The role includes managing multiple projects, developing detailed project plans, and ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. The A&E Director will provide technical guidance and stay updated on industry trends. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements and monitor performance metrics for continuous improvement.

What We are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering with equivalent related wireless telecommunication experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in telecommunications including experience with telecommunications A&E.
  • Land-use planning experience in the telecommunication industry a plus.
  • Site development experience a plus.
  • Construction Management experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ telecommunication customer interface and business development experience a plus.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service skills and/or strong interpersonal skills.
  • 5+ plus years leading professionals with P&L responsibility.
  • Ability to travel within the US up to 25%.
  • Possess a valid drivers’ license and meet the company’s insurance carrier’s criteria for coverage under the company’s insurance policy.
