Cherre is looking for a skilled product marketing leader with experience in building global product go-to-market strategy and content specifically in the real estate space. The perfect candidate will be great at cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, client success, and sales teams. This role will play a pivotal role in shaping the product marketing strategy, understanding development timelines, driving the GTM strategy, and growing product adoption post-launch.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with company OKRs and drive revenue growth.
  • Define and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions to effectively communicate the unique advantages of Cherreโ€™s data platform.
  • Improve on existing and implement new advanced metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, product launches, and overall market presence.
  • Improve on existing and implement new standard reporting and insights to the executive team on the performance of product marketing initiatives.
  • Understand our customers within our target segments and buyer personas by talking regularly with current and prospective clients, and serve as an advocate for their needs in order to shape go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to stay informed about upcoming features, enhancements, and product roadmaps.
  • Establish strong cross-functional relationships with sales, customer success, and other teams to ensure alignment and success.
  • Write compelling and succinct copy for internal product content, including pitch decks, case studies, podcasts, whitepapers, blog posts, and website content. This is a writing-intensive role, and the bar for your writing is high.
  • Drive go-to-market (GTM) initiatives for new product launches, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful market entry.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and product roadmap decisions.
  • Drive international expansion efforts by understanding regional nuances, regulatory environments, dialects, and cultural considerations.

Requirements

  • You have 7+ years of relevant marketing experience in the real estate and technology space.
  • You have a strong understanding of the commercial real estate industry across all asset segments and capital stack.
  • You understand what it means to be part of a hyper-growth middle aged startup organization.
  • You are a doer as well as a strategy creator. You are excited about rolling your sleeves up to execute on the strategy that you created. Youโ€™re willing to wear many hats.
  • You operate as an extreme owner. You feel a deep sense of pride over the success of the team, the product, the company. You know your metrics and how you are performing against them. You create alignment around critical problems, design solutions, navigate tradeoffs, and break those solutions down into steps the entire organization can execute on.
  • You have a bias for analytics and action. You feel urgency to achieve impact. You use data, research, and strong relationships to create focus and results. You are scrappy. You move quickly and that motivates others to keep up with you. You do not measure your success in outputs, but in outcomes.
  • You are a storyteller. You have deep empathy for users and are able to adapt how you communicate to best reach and engage your audience. You have the ability to engage whether it is a technical or financial audience, an analyst or C-level executive.
  • You have the ability to create and orchestrate outcomes across the company. You operate with a high degree of transparency, lean into company-wide OKRs, and build confidence and consensus.
  • You are a trusted & admired leader. You operate from a sense of strong personal values. You have personal credibility and integrity and people trust that you will make good decisions. You are recognized as a leader both inside the company and outside in the real estate technology marketplace
  • You know how to use tools to be successful. You have proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office and Google product suites, LinkedIn for social posting and analysis, Monday.com for task management, Adobe for presentation elements, and Marketo or Pardot for marketing automation. You are comfortable with emerging generative AI technologies.
