About you and this role

In this role, you will participate in defining work processes and system solutions, executing against strategy, utilizing design principles through collaboration with global and regional peers and business and functional stakeholders specific to Reporting & Analytics deliverables. You will ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements and provide ongoing training, support and design enhancements across strategic solutions utilized by our partners. This role collaborates with other Business Process Teams both within and outside of ISC as well as counterparts within the I/S organization. You will act as a subject matter expert responsible for providing deep functional and user expertise for work processes, applications and products aligned with and/or utilized by ISC Reporting & Analytics. Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates and participates in strategy definition with leader, global peers, regional teams, business, functional stakeholders, data architects and engineers to apply available IT infrastructure to extract, integrate and transform data into actionable insights.
  • Identifies gaps in ISC Metrics & Reporting capabilities & work processes driven from external best practices and new emerging technologies and assists in defining Global Work Process and System Solutions, continuous improvements and manage the implementation of it.
  • Supports in resolving issues, explaining functionality, gathering requirement changes, and ensuring work process knowledge transfer. This includes Interfacing with I/T teams for system development, support, and issue resolution. Monitors consistency between promised and delivered value to our customers.
  • Leads projects that are cross-functional/business/area/work process in nature. Participates in Corporate initiatives and projects executed by the I/T and Functional organization, which may include requirements gathering, evaluation, testing set up and execution, data transition and migration activities, and implementation.
  • Working close with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform and deliver complex analysis to supply data-driven insights to improve strategic business decision-making. Planning, designing and developing dashboards, as well as on-going reporting and segmentation strategies. Designing, implementing and improving KPI & SLA reports.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in subject such as Mathematics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or Science and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a Supply Chain or Manufacturing Environment or analytical role
  • SAP / ECC experience in Integrated Supply Chain, advanced SQL and Excel skills and experience working with data from multiple sources.
  • Data Visualization tools & techniques.
  • Strong affinity for collaborating for superior results, delivering innovative solutions, leading courageously and generating customer value

Preferred Skills

  • Data Storytelling, Critical thinking, and Collaborative nature, SAP BW experience Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps/DataOps, Azure ML Workbench experience
  • Experience with implementing cross-system or functional solutions, Data Visualization Expertise (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.), experience with various programing languages (Python, R, SAS, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills as Data Analysts to communicate with the wider audience and an analytical mind with inclination for problem-solving
