As Strategic Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in transforming CAD treatment by driving strategy for workflow solutions, ensuring cohesion with product strategy, and near-term prioritization. #LI-Remote; #LI-IB1

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer workflow via voice of customer, internal stakeholders interviews, and secondary research to define workflow barriers.
  • Provide perspective on customer needs to Core Team to formulate and prioritize strategies to break down these barriers and plan to bring solutions to market.
  • Develop strategy for workflow feature rollout to maximize adoption, collaborating with Product Marketing partners to align with product specific strategies.
  • Refine and maintain revenue model, tracking relevant metrics and revising assumptions with additional data.
  • Understand competitive product strategy and workflow offerings to drive differentiation.
  • Conduct market assessments to determine near-term investment strategies and work cross functionally to develop plans to execute against priorities.
  • Communicate strategies cross functionally and to executive leadership, ensuring alignment.

Background:

  • Experience in conducting market research, voice of customer, and competitive analysis to guide decisions and anticipate market changes.
  • Experience in creating market models to forecast demand, revenue potential, and market share for new and existing products.
  • Experience in developing frameworks to prioritize programs and investment, assessing tradeoffs.
  • Experience with gaining buy in from leadership and cross-functional partners on strategic direction.
  • Experience working with Imaging Cardiologists/Radiologist, General Cardiologist, Interventional Cardiologist and CV line Administrators is strongly preferred.

Skillset Requirements:

  • Proven ability to interpret complex data to synthesize insights and drive decision making.
  • Analytical expertise with manipulated data to extract actionable insights for market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Critical thinking to solve business challenges.
  • Outstanding project and people management, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, able to contribute both individually and as a leader.
  • Ability to develop and present complex business reviews/presentations.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to drive results.

Educational Requirements and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, preferably business or science. MBA strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing or market development (B2B healthcare marketing preferred).
  • Previous medical device, life science, or healthcare commercial marketing and market development experience, including leveraging customer insights to drive pipeline prioritization.

A reasonable estimate of the yearly base compensation range is $180,000 to $240,000, cash bonus, and stock options.
