Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Norwegian-speaking customers
• Assist customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing their inquiries and providing accurate information
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases
• Document customer interactions and update customer records
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
• Adhere to established customer service standards and guidelines
• Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian and English
• Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
• Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software
• Flexible and adaptable to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with the fully paid relocation package
