We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Ai Learning Content Developer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive Ai learning materials that cater to a variety of learners, ranging from beginners to advanced practitioners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Ai and machine learning, a passion for education, and the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging and accessible learning content.

What will you do?

• Develop high-quality educational content, including tutorials, videos, interactive modules, and assessments on Ai and machine learning topics.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of learning materials.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Ai and incorporate new developments into the curriculum.
• Design learning paths and courses that cater to different skill levels, from introductory to advanced.
• Utilize e-learning platforms and tools to create and distribute content.
• Assess and revise existing content to improve learner engagement and knowledge retention.
• Collect and analyse feedback from learners to refine and enhance educational materials.
• Provide support and guidance to learners as they progress through Ai courses.

Who are we looking for?

• Proven experience in developing educational content or instructional design, preferably in the field of Ai or technology.
• Strong understanding of Ai and machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning.
• Experience with Ai and machine learning frameworks and tools.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualisation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience with e-learning platforms, in particular Workday.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a local and global team.
• Knowledge of educational psychology and adult learning principles.
• Experience with gamification and interactive learning strategies.
