We're on the hunt for an In store POS obsessed person to join out Client Services team on a 12-month contract basis.

This role has an immediate start, with the ideal candidate starting in July to ensure a seamless handover.

The chosen person will be ready to manage a variety of in store communication asks, from Local Marketing needs to customer experience solutions.

The role in a nutshell:

  • Coordinate the production of all POS material through the end to end POS process from initial request, agreeing the correct level of POS support, content creation including copywriting, design, photography ,illustration, mechanism development, approval, sign off, print production and delivery to branches.
  • Ensure process and critical paths are agreed and communicated to relevant stakeholders internally and externally and projects are delivered on time and to budget.
  • Liaise with other stakeholders, suppliers and teams to ensure POS materials are produced on time and in line with briefs and objectives.
  • Liaise with client retail teams to manage and resolve any related queries.
  • Monitor, manage and report on all spend and ensure projects are delivered within the budget.
  • Raise all requisitions and POs related to projects using agreed financial processing systems.
  • Manage the approval of assets with relevant stakeholders.
  • Review the creative at every stage of production and manage final sign-off.
  • Manage and present creative at the relevant approval and governance meetings.
  • Produce guidelines for branch communication and to ensure the correct implementation and compliance.
  • Work with Media and Commercial teams to generate and grow media revenue.
  • Maintain awareness of competitor activity and market trends.
  • Innovate and explore new opportunities and make recommendations for implementation.

Requirements

  • Point of sale and in-store communications subject matter expert: understanding, knowledge and experience of POS including end to end production and process management both on and offline.
  • Project management, planning and workflow: proficient in setting up models and ways of working to effectively manage projects and stakeholders to deliver on time, to budget and brief.
  • Numerical literacy: can read, understand, interpret and use financial information and data to make informed commercial decisions.
  • Stakeholder management: experience in internal and external stakeholders’ management including the briefing and commissioning of agencies and suppliers.
  • Excellent briefing, commissioning, proofreading and editing skills. Attention to detail and restless in delivering high levels of accuracy, consistency, legal and safety compliance and house style.
  • Must be fluent in Excel and Google Drive applications.
  • Minimum 3 years POS experience at mid to senior level.
