Your day at NTT DATA

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic decision-making. Your role will play a crucial part in the ongoing development and enhancement of our reporting systems. What you'll be doing

The Financial Reporting Analyst is a seasoned expert, responsible for gathering data and preparing documents and/or reports required by the company, government, and regulatory agencies.

This role prepares cash flow statements, earning release calculations and all equity related disclosures.

Responsibilities

Manage Budgeting and Forecasting: Coordinate and direct the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, GAP analyses.

Financial Reporting: Meeting with group dictated closing and forecasting deadlines. Working closely with other departments to understand the main drivers of our result. Drive monthly Business unit review meetings.

People management: Taking care of one junior controller daily responsibilites and professional developments

Regulatory Compliance: Taking part of the yearly audit process (group and local as well)

Internal Controls: Develop and document business processes and policies to strengthen internal controls.

Quality Control: Maintain quality control over financial transactions and reporting.

Support executive management

Improvements: Taking care of process and reporting tool improvements to serve our business needs

Requirements

Proven Experience: At least 5 years of working experience as a Financial Controller. IT Industry is a plus but not necessery.

Education: A degree in Finance is must.

Accounting Knowledge: Thorough understanding of accounting principles and procedures.

Controlling Knowledge: Yearly budget and monthly forecast. Good analytical skills, logical thinking

Software Skills: Excellent proficiency in Excel, PowerBI (DAX as well) and any other reporting tools (e.g.: SQL).
