AECOM's Project Cost Consultancy (PCC) team is seeking a motivated Graduate Project Surveyor to join our dynamic and multi-disciplinary team working on Aviation projects. As a Graduate Project Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting all commercial activities throughout the pre and post contract phases of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting Quantity Surveying staff for Assets (Aviation Team) on both pre-contract and post-contract deliverables.
• Undertakes responsibilities under the supervision of a more senior Project Surveyor
• Completes the measurement of quantities for input into cost plans, cost estimates and bills of quantities
• Assists with the preparation of tender documentation
• Assists with viability studies and cost estimates
• Assists with implementing, maintaining and monitoring cost control procedures throughout the duration of a project
