Payroll & Reward Analyst

Reporting to the Head of Recruitment & Operations and working closely with the Payroll & Reward Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting across total reward activities. This will include work across monthly payroll, compensation; employee benefits and pensions; HR systems, reporting, and analytics.

Our People Team is on a mission to create a high-performing culture through hiring, developing and retaining talented and diverse people. There are approximately 20 people in the team, made up of Payroll & Reward, HR Business Partners, Recruitment, Learning & Development and People Operations.

Payroll and Reward at Octopus impacts every employee during each stage of their lifecycle with us, with the team taking an employee focused approach to ensuring our people (our customers) are paid promptly and correctly, using effective problem solving to answer queries from across the business.

What will you be doing?

• Working with the Finance and HR teams to support with the monthly payroll, ensuring high levels of data integrity and that processes are adhered to.
