ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The Product Owner is the representative of the Business, responsible for defining the needs, priorities, expected benefits and the roadmap for the realization and evolution of our product URBA360.

It accounts to the business Sponsor and is legitimate to make all decisions on this perimeter/product. The needs and priorities must represent all users of the product and in this context; the PO is responsible for the adherence of the users to the delivered solution as well as to the delivery schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Collects and synthesizes the needs of the Business on the perimeter, priorities, objectives and expected benefits
  • Defines the business case of the project or evolutions, and the target for user experience
  • Guarantor of the consistency of the solution with the business processes, rules and the overall Business strategy
  • Validates roadmaps, schedules, releases, and any changes that may occur in the life of the product
  • Ensures that the roadmap is in compliance with the budget and IT constraints
  • Defines the success criteria for the project or product deliveries (tests) and validates the production and opening of the service to users
  • Is responsible for the mobilization and the involvement of the business resources necessary for the evolutions and the good implementation of the application (data quality and user tests)
  • Is responsible for the adoption and success of the application with the users. Manages communication to users and their feedback
  • Works closely with the Business development, Marketing and IT teams.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Experience as Product Owner and or Product manager within a SaaS environment is strongly encouraged
  • Certification as PO in Agile framework is a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Capacity for meeting, collaborating, negotiating with users and IT teams, building consensus within an international environment
  • Ability to realize a business case
  • Ability to make decisions without total visibility, ability to adapt to frequent changes and contingencies
  • Capacity for leadership, decision-making, ability to take responsibility
  • Team spirit and collaboration
