Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Primary support to the Group CEO in the day-to-day schedule and workflow
  • Complex calendar management across multiple priorities
  • Coordinating logistics for both domestic and international travel and accommodations
  • Managing special projects related to the organizational needs and priorities as requested by leadership
  • Adjust travel, meetings, and logistics as needed with a constantly changing schedule
  • Providing also some targeted support to the senior management
  • Consolidate and submit monthly travel expenses
  • Coordinate and help prioritize internal and external meetings, calls, events, ensuring relevant teams and/or partners are aware or included

Requirements

  • 4-5 years experience as an Assistant or experience gained in tourism/hospitality
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Strong organizational, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Great degree of flexibility and adaptability to a fast-changing business environment
  • Ability to schedule a significant number of activities, meetings and events, routinely gather, collate and classify data
  • Multi-tasking, ability to prioritize
  • Strong sense of accountability, personal initiative, and responsibility
