Tasks and responsibilities:
- Primary support to the Group CEO in the day-to-day schedule and workflow
- Complex calendar management across multiple priorities
- Coordinating logistics for both domestic and international travel and accommodations
- Managing special projects related to the organizational needs and priorities as requested by leadership
- Adjust travel, meetings, and logistics as needed with a constantly changing schedule
- Providing also some targeted support to the senior management
- Consolidate and submit monthly travel expenses
- Coordinate and help prioritize internal and external meetings, calls, events, ensuring relevant teams and/or partners are aware or included
Requirements
- 4-5 years experience as an Assistant or experience gained in tourism/hospitality
- Fluent German and English skills
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Strong organizational, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Great degree of flexibility and adaptability to a fast-changing business environment
- Ability to schedule a significant number of activities, meetings and events, routinely gather, collate and classify data
- Multi-tasking, ability to prioritize
- Strong sense of accountability, personal initiative, and responsibility
