Senior Test Engineer

Overall Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of test plans and test cases for complex software applications to ensure product quality
• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test automation frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Mentor junior test engineers and provide guidance on best testing practices
• Conduct advanced testing phases, including system, integration, and performance testing
• Troubleshoot, track, and document all issues discovered during testing and follow through to resolution
• Analyze test results, generate detailed reports, and present findings to stakeholders
• Proactively suggest improvements to software usability and performance based on testing insights
• Stay current with new testing tools and test strategies

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in a software testing role with a proven track record of success as a Senior Test Engineer
• Extensive knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
