About the role

We are looking to hire a UX Writer with experience developing engaging content for an omni-channel user experience for our clients (which could include chatbot, IVR, SMS, email, or digital/web). You will be a key member of the Design team, performing day-to-day content execution of client deliverables. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make an impact by joining a project for a leading client in the healthcare industry in the USA.

About the team

Our design team utilizes human-centered design tools and principles to create digital products that help clients reach their digital transformation milestones. Understanding and defining the right problems and then designing products and services to solve them is the main focus of our design practice. Using design thinking principles, the team applies their expertise to exciting projects in various business domains, like healthcare, agriculture, finance, manufacturing, education, retail, and more.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other design team members, product team members, project managers, and other collaborators to ensure the seamless integration of content within the user experience
• Create copy based on user feedback, usability testing, and metrics to continuously optimize and improve the user experience
• Conduct A/B testing on copy to gather insights and make data-driven decisions on content effectiveness
• Utilize proofreading skills to ensure accuracy and maintain consistency across all client artifacts
• Leverage the brand tone and voice to create deliverables unique to each client and within brand guidelines
• Advocate for efficient, inclusive, and high-quality content development practices and processes that meet accessibility standards
• Refine compelling content to balance communication needs against parameters such as word count, reading level, channel limitations, and industry/client constraints
• Work within channel best practices to ensure optimal content presentation and user engagement
• Adapt and thrive in fast-paced and complex client production cycles
• Perform additional duties as assigned, to contribute to the team and project's success
• Work on an international team of 55+ experienced designers located in Paraguay, Argentina, France, Spain, Albania, the United States, and Bulgaria

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in copywriting, with experience working collaboratively with design and project management teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic or professional experience
• Experience working in a healthcare-related field
• Strong grammatical skills and proven experience using style guides for content creation
• Ability to effectively convey complex health concepts into easily understandable and supportive content for external audiences
• Demonstrated ability to produce crisp writing and to refine content through review rounds, both internally and externally
• Understanding of basic design and engineering practices and their impact on content changes
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others to deliver award-winning user experiences
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring high accuracy in all work produced
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Responsible and team-oriented person
