Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager at Villa Haven will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development. This role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of HR best practices, and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, Maldives labor laws, and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a remote island setting and adapt to a tropical climate.
