Senior Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

Work closely with the global development staff and local team members to set up and manage various business systems including asset, inventory, SCM, and procurement systems. Work closely with accounting, finance, and procurement teams to define user requirements and business process through systems development. Interfaced with customers throughout SDLC to collect conceptual requirements, build product prototypes, and resolve priority issues. Demonstrate understanding of complex customer needs and business processes. Define user requirements and conduct Business Analysis for complex systems. Effectively communicate requirements and goals between different teams and departments. Develop, facilitate and report test plans for application patches, upgrades and infrastructure configuration changes. Develop and troubleshoot both front-end and back-and systems to meet the business requirements. Work with product management team to design and develop new products / improve existing features.
