Global Artwork Coordinator

As the Global Artwork Coordinator, you will be responsible for directing and managing artwork activities for our VMS category. Your role is essential to connect our brands to consumers through quality packaging and print, delivering seamless consumer experiences. You will manage the generation of all artworks across innovation, changes to existing products, and printed POS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Artwork Coordination Strategy & Processes
• Artwork coordination processes and ways of working
• Packaging guidelines
• Packaging and Print Quality
• Coordination for the creation of high-quality packaging and POS artwork files
• Liaison with CMOs and printers and the production artwork lead for technical and print specifications across all packaging & print POS
• Work closely with the R&D technical packaging and operations on coordination of print trails and packaging standards to ensure overall packaging quality
• Work closely with the Marketing and Scientific affairs team, legal and regulatory to ensure all artwork copy is approved and compliant
• Working alongside Senior Artwork Coordinators to raise standards as part of a high-quality
• Help to embed design collaboration to create a strong ‘Design Tribe’ within Karo
• Help build design culture and inspiration for the whole business Artwork Systems
• Work alongside the Artwork Production Lead to ensure artwork systems are adopted and utilised correctly
• Continuous improvement of artwork systems and process to drive quality and efficiency

Requirements

• Artwork coordination experience is essential (5+ years expertise)
• In-depth knowledge of design to artwork through to print production
• Experienced in artwork coordination for regulated sectors, ideally consumer healthcare
• A passion for print quality and a good eye for detail
• Experienced in working with Design Mangers/Leaders
• Experienced in managing stakeholders to keep momentum on projects
• In-depth knowledge of industry software and systems (Artwork Management Systems, Project management software, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)
• Highly passionate about design consistency & print quality
• Ambitious personality with a proactive, problem-solving attitude towards business opportunities and challenges
• Strong personal credibility, confidence and gravitas to influence and challenge colleagues at all levels in the organisation, whilst maintaining cultural sensitivity
• Team orientated, collaborative style combined with a clear responsibility for delivery and results.
