We are seeking a highly organized and driven Web Content Coordinator, passionate about delivering best-in-class content and digital experiences. In this role, you will help develop and manage content verticals to complement Silk & Snow’s e-commerce business.
As Web Content Coordinator, you will work as part of Silk & Snow’s in-house marketing team to support project management and omnichannel content output for affiliate content sites and other projects. You will closely collaborate with internal departments and other Sleep Country Canada brands to ensure consistency, quality, integrity, and customer centricity across content streams.
As Web Content Coordinator, you will :
- Write and edit creative copy for a variety of different interactive media including content websites, e-commerce websites, social media, and other promotional channels
- Work with Developer and UX Developer to upload content on time and ensure all published content meets editorial standards and accessibility requirements
- Perform quality assurance checks of web pages pre- and post-launch, escalating errors to appropriate team members
