About the role:
Join Dashlane as a Engineering Manager and take part in a mission to create a beautiful and scalable application with global impact. As a team manager, helping us build, grow, and lead the teams that are building and maintaining our Dashlane web extension that is used by millions of clients around the world.
Location:
You will be based in Paris, with English as your working language. We offer a hybrid work arrangement, with Tuesday being the company day, where we all collaborate in the office and have a company-sponsored meal, a department day for team bonding (will be Thursday for your department), and a third day at your choice. We offer relocation support (national and international).

- Build a strong ownership and accountability culture within your team, as the business and product complexity grows at a rapid pace.
- Help your direct reports grow and develop as managers, leaders, engineers, and teammates
- Recruit new software engineers, and participate in Dashlane’s effort to be visible in the tech community in Paris
