Design Director

Our group is looking for someone who will lead and own how we show up as an agency to our external audiences. Here’s specifically how you’ll make your mark:

• Development of outstanding presentation experiences for high-stakes new business pitches
• A strong sense of curiosity and dedication to uncovering and delivering compelling stories — immersing yourself in medical briefings, collaborating with strategists to grasp their narratives and insights, and working with fellow creatives to support their campaign visions
• An impressive ability to design engaging and polished content, from complex medical information to quantitative data stories to detailed agency processes
• The presence and voice to work alongside senior leaders, bouncing storytelling ideas off one another and thoughtfully pushing their limits with inventive ways to communicate their vision
• Ability to seamlessly pivot between different projects. While Growth-related efforts will be the primary focus of this role, you will also lead the design for our agency marketing efforts and support our healthcare client work
