Job Summary:

The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to internal end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and a strong technical background.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to IT support requests via phone, Teams, email, or in-person in a timely manner.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.

- Provide support for various IT systems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

- Assist with the setup and maintenance of user accounts and permissions.
