Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the organization's compliance program, ensuring alignment with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
• Manage data protection and privacy compliance efforts, including GDPR, CCPA, or other relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Develop and maintain a risk management framework, including the identification, assessment, and mitigation of potential risks.
• Stay up-to-date with legal and regulatory changes that impact the organization's operations.
• Lead compliance investigations, ensuring thorough documentation and reporting.
• Prepare and deliver compliance reports to the General Counsel and senior management.
