What You'll Do:

• Play a pivotal role in developing our new web-based BI tool, ensuring it's both impressive and user-friendly.
• Continuously review and refine all client-facing interfaces, to ensure top-notch UX/UI.
• Apply your UX/UI magic to improve our internal applications, making them more efficient and enjoyable to use.

Skills and expertise:

• Deep knowledge and enthusiasm for UX and UI design, including user research, personas, user journeys, and usability.
• Experience and knowledge about accessibility (WCAG).
• Stay updated with the latest UI trends and best practices.
• Proven track record working alongside development teams to bring designs to life.
• Proficient in web and app design, with the ability to prototype in Figma, Miro, or similar tools.
• Experience in implementation (HTML/CSS and any frontend-development framework) is a plus.
• Knowledge of data science, economics, or quantitative strategic analysis related to UX/UI is a plus.
