**The Opportunity:

• Managing daily operations of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and processes.
• Ensure efficiency, compliance and efficient contract management by automating and streamlining contract processes during key stages.
• Leading the implementation and expansion of our CLM processes and systems, including legal technology and AI tools.
• You will be at the forefront of driving scalable process improvements and fostering strong relationships with internal teams and third-party service providers.

**Who You Are:

You are a proactive problem solver with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Information Systems, or a related field.Your ability to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning makes you a valuable asset in our mission to stay ahead in contract management.

In addition, you bring the following skills:

• Proven experience in contract lifecycle management, legal operations, or related roles, you are familiar with CLM tools and analytics platforms
• You enjoy working with a range of different stakeholders, are able to balance perspectives, and apply an enterprise mindset
• You are fostering process orientation and optimization of process descriptions, work instructions and play books
• You have strong project management skills and have successfully managed business process improvement projects
• You have excellent communication skills and you are fluent in written and spoken English
• Experience working with methodologies such as Agile, Lean Management, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Customer Journey mapping.
• You are inclusive, enjoy sharing ideas and knowledge while being receptive to ideas and feedback from others
• You are open to change and are able to adjust along the way
• You demonstrate curiosity, active listening, and a willingness to challenge the status quo and experiment when appropriate, focusing on continuous learning and improvement
