Role

We are looking for an IT Network Engineer to be part of this amazing and fast – growing fintech and who will be part of the team responsible to manage the IT infrastructure and services for the CDMX office. S / H will provide support, configure, maintain the office network infrastructure, including the security and reliability of network. S/he should thrive in a culture of decisions based on analytics, be able to step-back and communicate both the strategic and immediate implications on priorities.

What are we doing?

1. Perform governance routines to oversee configurations and their compliance against corporate standards of Firewalls Fortinet, VPN IPSec and Network Access Control (NAC)

2. Keep abreast of security threats and ensure updates are timely and appropriate.

3. Designs and implements wide area networks including network servers, Switches, Routers CISCO, workstations, and other peripheral devices.

4. Respond to and resolve problems, fix issues, and upgrade systems as necessary for growth.

5. Ensure policies and processes are in place and followed to ensure security and compliance.

6. Provision and track new employee hardware, software, etc. and maintain company inventory of hardware assets.

7. Monitor and analyze security alerts and information and distribute to appropriate personnel.

Ideal Candidate

1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
2. 3+ years Network administration.
3. Proficient working with:

- VMware: ESxi

- Firewalls Fortinet

- Operating Sistem: Windows Server 2022

- Switches, Routers CISCO

- SolarWinds Monitoring

1. Experience managing infrastructure associated with SPEI
2. Solid understanding of:

- Scripting: Powershell

- Windows Active Directory

- Dedicated Link

- VPN IPSec

1. Knowledge of Information Security
