Graphic Designer Level 3

Staff4Me is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer Level 3 to join our creative team. As a Graphic Designer Level 3, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs for various mediums including print, digital, and web. You will collaborate with our team to develop creative concepts and deliver exceptional design solutions that meet our clients' needs and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative and visually striking designs for advertisements, marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and other communication materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that align with brand guidelines and target audience.
• Provide art direction and guidance to junior designers to ensure quality and consistency in design projects.
• Conduct thorough research and stay updated on design trends, industry standards, and best practices.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
• Prepare and present design proposals and concepts to clients or internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all design assets are properly documented, organized, and archived.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Demonstrated ability to create impactful and visually appealing designs.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to provide art direction and guidance to junior designers.
• Exceptional creativity and innovative thinking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
