We are on a mission to create reliable and scalable data products infrastructure with reliable datasets required for analytics and reporting across various data user groups, such as Analytics and Revenue Operations.

As a Data Analytics Engineer at Wrike, you will play a critical role in the team by leveraging data infrastructure and other data-driven approaches. You will work in close collaboration with other teams across the organization, such as Data Engineering, Data Visualization and RevOps teams to define and meet data product requirements.

How You’ll make an impact
- Design, develop, and monitor high-quality data sources within the GTM (Go-to-Market) data warehouse.
- Take ownership of data assets and pipelines, delivering actionable insights into customer behavior, product performance, GTM strategies, and other critical business functions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and data requirements.
- Implement robust processes and systems to uphold data quality standards, ensuring that production data consistently meets SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Stay updated on emerging trends in data organization and analysis techniques.
You will achieve your best if you have
- 5+ years in an analytical role with proven experience in data design and visualization.
- Proficient in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries
- Understanding of basic Python libraries and frameworks and ability to write simple scripts
- A solid understanding of the modern data stack (BigQuery, Airflow, GitHub, Tableau, Git).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
You will stand out with
- Experience with major B2B vendor integrations (Salesforce/CPQ, NetSuite, Marketo, etc.).
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills to understand GTM policies and processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to scope and deliver projects independently end-to-end
- The ability to work in distributed, multi-functional, multinational teams while articulating a point of view.
