JR58103 Product PQA Engineer

As a PQI team, job responsibility would include driving fab quality to improve repair density. Work closely with the FAB PI/PE/ME teams to ensure critical product milestones are reached and with PE for downgrade strategy optimization. Monitoring, driving fab efforts to improve product grade yield and identifying probe indicators for process improvements.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• MRB case management and postmortem for CAPA enhancement
• Product grade yield improvement
• PTS yield improvement
• Burn dpm and module dpm improvement
• Wafer level reliability monitoring and shift lef
• t to probe for coverage
• RMA management and analysis for process/probe improvement
• WLR program development to monitor fab process reliability
• Problem solving and root cause analysis skills including developing systemic and specific CAPAs for RMA
• Monitor and drive the quality metrics improvements including, module production fails and RMAs.
• Monitor global quality dashboard and report reliability metric not meeting spec and performance
• Lead the analysis of multiple data sources and ensures appropriate feedback is given to customer
• Working in collaboration with multiple engineering groups including Process Module Area/RDA/Manufacturing to help identify existing containment action and work towards continuous improvement action
• Define clear performance objectives and expectations for PQA team. Provide documented performance management with formal and informal feedback, work on a plan jointly to enhance strengths and address weaknesses,
• Setup proper regular or adhoc communication channel to ensure the company and department updates/passdowns/sharingsare communicated to team members as well as to receive their feedback.
• Define training and development plans for TM, monitor the progress and effectiveness. Develop learn and grow opportunities for the team.
• Advocate Quality culture, role modeling of Micron values
• Attract top talent to the group to meet operational objectives
