Role Overview

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for building brand awareness and driving user adoption of the Cadmus platform across current university customer accounts and the wider prospective global higher education market.

The role will require the Marketing Manager to execute the planned growth strategy, ensuring activation initiatives deliver measurable improvements in brand awareness, engagement, product adoption and revenue generation. Importantly, the successful marketing manager will cultivate relationships and collaborate with higher education stakeholders and distribution partners to deliver joint marketing strategies that drive uptake of the Cadmus platform.

Requirements

  • Develop, maintain and execute the marketing strategy to align with Cadmus’ organisational goals in global markets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute the implementation of multi-channel campaigns to generate demand and adoption across Cadmus’ product suite
  • Develop comprehensive activation plans with a strong emphasis on leveraging industry partners, joint marketing strategies and digital channels for audience acquisition
  • Produce highly engaging, sophisticated written and visual content that engages senior stakeholders and platform users, including video, multimedia and digital assets

What You Will Bring

We are seeking an experienced B2B marketing professional with a proven track record in designing and executing impactful marketing campaigns to support university customer growth across a variety of channels. You will demonstrate a proactive approach to consulting with stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and crafting best practice strategies to strengthen audience engagement and foster brand loyalty.

  • Bachelor of Marketing, Communications or similar
  • 5+ years of experience working in growth marketing roles, specifically for B2B audiences and SaaS products
  • Experience in writing strong strategic briefs based on insights, with clear executional direction on what’s required to deliver
  • A keen eye for modern, innovative design coupled with excellent attention to detail, enabling the creation of engaging content and its strategic deployment
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Adobe design tools, CRM software, marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot), and Google AdWords to execute campaigns effectively
  • Experience in creative communications with the ability to engage key stakeholders in support of increased brand visibility and acquisitions
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships across all business levels, internally and externally, to support the successful development and deployment of strategic initiatives
