Principal Engineer

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To lead engineering team in working to obtain Mechanical requirement in development and controlling supplier for component performance improvement.
• Establish the quality standard and document for component performance improvement and problem solving.
• Perform component failure analysis and investigation for the root cause to fix it at real root cause.
• Verify corrective action and validate the action.
• Review and analysis supplier outgoing inspection result
• Perform periodic supplier quality system and process audit
• Skill up team in the department .

Requirements

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• At least 4 years (min) manufacturing experience.

PREFERRED:

• Experienced in Hard Disk Drive and electronic manufacturing.
• SMT experience
• Can able to communicate in English.
• Knowledge in process chemical or material science.

SKILLS:

• Basic quality system
• Statistical data analytic knowledge and 6 sigma
• FMEA
• Problematic solving and critical thinking.
