The Opportunity:

The Associate Director of Affinity Alumni Engagement provides oversight of special interest alumni communities with a shared UCF experience or common interests and directs volunteers in the development and execution of events and programs that support alumni engagement and annual giving.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the direction, activities and volunteer leadership of the affinity-based engagement program which focuses on special interest groups with shared UCF experiences or common interests. Responsibilities include identifying, recruiting and training volunteer leadership plus managing (ideation to implementation), reporting and evaluating effectiveness of activities. Employee will attend events and meetings, which may include nights and weekends.
