As an Engineering Manager at Ataccama, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and transforming our product into a more scalable and efficient Software as a Service (SaaS) solution.

Your Challenge

• Together with director of platform engineering and technical product manager, you will help to shape the way functional teams interact with production environment.
• You will influence the way we deploy dozens of our components to hundreds of environments - from standardized CI pipelines to definition of standards for quality gates.
• We work on local kubernetes-based solution that brings production-like environment closer to engineers from dozens of functional teams. Your decisions will affect the way engineers in functional teams develop on daily basis.
• We rely on core components of our Internal Development Platform - we operate Gitlab (hundreds of projects), Artifactory (TBs of data) and Harbor (thousands of artifacts) internally at scale. You will help us to keep them running & setup the governance.

• You want to lead and mentor a team of passionate platform engineers (up to 5 platform engineers).
• You have both the ambition and the experience to drive engineering decisions in the team.

• You have a lot of experience with many successes and failures to talk about.
• You never give up.
• You still enjoy being hands on.
