As a Workday Cross Domain Configurator, you’ll provide global Human Capital Management (HCM) systems support to various HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Talent, Learning, Compensation, and Onboarding. Your responsibilities will include:

1. System Administration and Optimization:
   1. Administer the Workday system, including workflows and notifications.
   2. Collaborate with various departments to troubleshoot system performance gaps and maximize capabilities.
2. Business Problem Solving:
   1. Understand business problems and opportunities within the context of requirements.
   2. Recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
   1. Partner with domain specialists and centers of excellence to implement streamlined processes and optimal technology solutions for HR programs.

Requirements

• 3-5 years Workday experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of business processes in Workday with knowledge of at least 1 functional domain in Workday including HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Learning,...
