Job Description

Responsibilities

• Monitoring apps and infrastructure
• Responding to incidents
• Investigation and debugging of incidents
• Escalation of critical incidents
• Resolving some incidents independently

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience system administrator or NOC
• Understanding of the principles of building (LAN, WAN), OSI model
• Experience working with UNIX-like systems
• Experience with monitoring systems: Zabbix, Grafana, New Relic, PMM
• Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence)
• Desire for professional growth with a perspective in the DevOps direction, analytical thinking, ability to quickly switch between tasks, stre...
