The Production Engineer role is tasked with benchmarking, developing, implementing and continuously improving operational standards and business processes and systems to enable consistent high velocity output in a low volume high product mix manufacturing environment. This would include identifying and evaluating alternatives or contingency plans to allow us to be an agile organization. The Captain of Ship (COS) and Remote Operation Center (ROC) Group Leaders (GLs) are key customers for the Production Engineer - effective partnerships are critical here.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• This role also acts as an integrator / liaison between Production and other departments across the factory, such as Planning, Automation, Process Engineering, Integration and Industrial Engineering (IE) to develop key operational strategies, standards, business processes and systems to manage factory Work in Progress (WIP) flow including development and steady-state operations.
