We are seeking a skilled Senior Mobile App QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile application testing, with a focus on automation. Knowledge of the Japanese language would be advantageous for this role, although not mandatory.

Position Details:
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for mobile applications (iOS and Android).
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Design and implement automated tests to streamline the testing process.
- Identify, document, and track bugs to resolution using bug tracking tools.
- Conduct regression testing, performance testing, and security testing as needed.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and trends in mobile app testing.

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in mobile application testing with a focus on both manual and automated testing.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools/frameworks such as Appium, XCTest, Espresso, etc.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the Japanese language is considered a plus.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a bonus.
