KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

• Support on Design new products(External geometry; Contour/TREAD/Marking) & relevant tools for solid tyres fulfilling customer/end user requirements by performing feasibility studies, project planning, analysis, 3D modeling, Cost calculations
• Providing Product related drawing to fulfill customer demand(3D box, Marketing, Assembly,etc.)
• Provide manufacturing drawings (2D drawings & 3D models of molds), tires & relevant tools for mold & accessory importing while providing necessary instructions during mold fabrication stage and mold inspection after fabrication until end of the mold industrialization together with the processes and practices
• Guarantee accurate design production in a time efficient & customer focus way by establishing standards, templates, mathematical & scientific modules, applications and enhancements.
• Maintain, update & release Product & Tool 2D, 3D drawings & data related to designs by using Product Data Management System (PDM) ensuring compatibility and interoperability in organization.
