About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Senior UI/UX to work on future-oriented design concepts and outstanding interactive experiences for our clients. Successful candidates should have a minimum of three-five years of recent experience with all of the skills listed below.

You will work in a dynamic, innovative, and healthy environment, full of creative challenges, constant skills growth, and a feeling of co-creation of positive impact on millions of users' lives.

Big pluses - Candidates who have past experience designing for interactive 3D, AR, and VR environments and projects in your portfolio demonstrate expertise in user experience and spatial design and have a strong understanding of graphic design principles.

The ability to animate and make user interfaces dynamic will add a lot of attraction.

Your Team

You will be part of a super innovative group of multidisciplinary experts: Researchers, UI/UX designers, 3D artists, and software developers - called "Future Experience."

We continuously explore future trends and experiment with a wide range of cutting-edge technologies to develop ground-breaking digital experiences for Harman.

What You Will Do / Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be an active, passionate, and ambitious expert willing to support existing products and drive the development of new experiences with a focus on high-quality results.

- Developing a high-class and wide spectrum user interface design for digital/physical experiences, from the web and native apps to AR and VR solutions.

- Designing complex user flows and customer journeys

- Supporting projects from the design and ideation phases till going live by integrating user feedback and business requirements into ongoing experiences

- Driving the iterative design process of product features from end-to-end, including ideation, sketching, mockups, low- & high fidelity

prototyping, user testing, interaction concepts, and final UI design

- Bringing consistency of visual language to our experiences and touchpoints of our products while considering the specificity of the environment and the brands that we working with.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations

- Creating and defining hypotheses, KPIs, and their measurements to conclude on the best next steps and experiences iterations.

What You Need / Requirements

- 5+ years of trackable working experience in UIUX field

- Deep understanding of design principles and industry trends

- Demonstrating a solid understanding of work process methodology including design thinking principles, wireframes/ mock-ups, design explorations, and workflows

- Having experience with user research.

- Having the ability to single-handily execute design while working independently and remotely in a mixture of "all together" and "together alone" modes.

- Be agile and enjoy the speed of a fast-paced, highly engaged start-up/future-oriented environment

- Fluent in written English

- Fluent in Figma and Adobe creative design tools.

- Passion for new cutting-edge technologies, metaverse, web3, and spatial experiences.
